January 27 - Day we both realized we were in for it... we need to go back to China (FTIA, limb, Nov)(We were in WA)
2/12- sent in application
2/15-fingerprinting with county
2/28-4/3-homestudy
3/23-6/12 compiled dossier
5/8-fingerprinted with Citizenship and Immigration Services
6/7-Recieved clearance from CIS to adopt
6/12 received finalized homestudy
6/15-found problem with CIS form... wait for new one
7/8- strong feelings
7/10 - get ok on paperwork, homestudy and CIS
7/13 -take boys to Boise for Dr. appt and get paperwork notarized and authenticated at the state capital... drive home and send off with fed ex to Washington DC to get authenticated from US State Dept and Chinese Emabassy
7/25- FTIA recieves our dossier
8/17- receive a call from FTIA about the list - they send us information and photos of Yuan Xiu
8/21 received a picture of Yuan Xiu's back
8/22 completed LOI and Family Summary Plan
8/23 LOI sent to China for Yuan Xiu
8/24 dossier sent to China
8/28 LID (Loggin date)
9/4 MRI and CT say all is healthy on her brain and liver
9/6 received darling pictures (face and scalp) of Lili
9/6 -PA!!!- This happened in record time...WOW!!! We are pre-approved for Lili
11/28- LOA!!! Day 84 Hopefully we will travel by mid January!!!
12/17- Travel Approval!!!!!

Just came home from church and was so excited to see you with Lili. Mom is not here yet, she will be so excites as well. Prayers have been answered. Be careful and bring both those beautiful daughters home !

Mckenzie this is Lexi
I miss you SOOO much... You look beautiful in all of your pictures, no wonder everyone wants to take photos with you!!! Everything is fine here, and Mei Mei is excited to get Lili too. I've read a lot of your posts, and poured over all of your pictures. I still cannot believe you're in China, the thought just blows my mind, and I know you wanted to go so much I'm so HAPPY FOR YOU!! Lili sounds like a little angel, and much less fussy than our sweet little Meili. I hope your flight home is much more pleasureable, and I hope much less turbulances, I would definitely cry. You're a little trooper. You're probably sightseeing right now, and I'm glad you're burning so much calories, lol. Believe me you are missed, and I can't even imagine how much you love your new little sister, Jesus picked Lili especially for your family, and I know that she'll fit right in with everybody back here in Idaho. Your brothers are coming home tomorrow and are very excited. Malkom is doing really well, and Mom says he can sleep inside with me from now on because he's being so good.
There's so much to tell you, and I don't know if I mentioned this to you but Sophie's going blind. So that's not good, but she's still as sweet as ever. That Hot Pot restaurant sounds WAY COOL!!! When you get home we'll have a sleepover and you can tell me everything from the carride to the airport, to the fog outside, and to all the blessings that China piled onto your life.
Tracey said that you look like a rockstar in your pictures with those boys, I hope you're having fun.

I keep making these comments and they don't come through. Dumb me, I didn't put in name and password thinking it would do it automatically. ANYWAY, we are just thrilled to see Lili. I looked last night before I went to bed and again this morning and there it was. Dad had already gone, but I had to tell Scott I had seen her. I couldn't stop crying. Can't wait to see her. Touched my heart so much, your singing "I Am a Child of God" to her. She is a blessed little one.
