Geesh... where has 7 years gone? We had a fabulous birthday and it was extra special having Grandma and Grandpa Hunsaker here. We woke up early and enjoyed crepes and presents. He received lots and lots of Pokemon... his favorite. Each year I get to make a cherry pie (well, I warm it up)... someday, I'll actually make it. Love you D - You make me smile :)

End of the year school concert

One of my pet peeves... being the shortest in the school and being placed in the back row... 5 rows back... This is where you will find Davis in the picture with all of the kids. Each year the school does this spectacular performance with dancing, singing and instruments... but, each year Davis finds himself in the back. Anyway, it was good. We had a great time. Hopefully, next year I will get to catch a glimpse of Davis performing.

Meili dance

This past year Meili took dance and tumbling. She is so flexible that I wish we could find a good gymnastics gym in town. Here are the pictures of her in her outfit for the dance recital. She did a great job and I was so happy to see her enjoy herself. She was all smiles. The outfits were darling and she looks so old.

Fun with Mia
Mckenzie's 1st driving experience/our orchard
We basically had to force Mckenzie to try out her driving skills. She was afraid she would get busted and we assured her that she was on our property and she would be fine. We planted 18 fruit trees on our 5 acres and needed her help watering them. We filled a 50 gallon drum with a spicket and had her drive a bit, park and then we'd fill up the well with water and then she'd drive a bit, etc... by the end she was begging to drive out of the subdivision. She is great! And I love her tons!

Happy Easter
We did the traditional Easter Egg Hunt at Bass Lake. We had Greg and Kristi (and new little Sadie Mei Mei) with us and my parents. The kids love the buffet - it is all kids food and fun to do once a year. We had a great time. Looks like Ian enjoyed his candy :) Sunday we were treated to visit with Rylee for a couple of hours. When we hear we get to see her we drop everything we have going since it does not happen very often. We love her so much and hope she knows that. She is a great (I was going to say little but she is getting big) young lady!
Happy Birthday, Reese
Reese is such a blessing. He loves most everything and gets excited about everything as well. Opening presents is always fun with him. He was pretty dismayed that he had to go to school on his birthday. We started the day bright and early at 5am so I could get in the large orders of crepes and present opening before school. After school he had a bunch of friends over for a World War II party. Fred Meyers did a great cake since I was not creative enough to come up with something to fit in with his 'typical' :) theme. We played all sorts of games and had a fabulous time - he has the best group of friends -
We had a great day! Love you, Reesey!

The newest, newest Rich addition (isn't he cute)
Coulson Ryan Rich
Born 4-15-2009 4:37 A.M.
Ht 20 inches
Wt 7lbs 8 oz

We are so excited to have little Coulson finally here. He was born on tax day so his bday will be an easy one to remember. I think he is just darling and I love the pictures of the new parents and their little guy. Also, love his name. Coulson is named after Charles C. Rich... the C. is Coulson - our great, great... grandfather - you can see a statue of him in Paris, Idaho - he settled the Bear Lake area and also San Bernadino, CA - he was an apostle of the church. Ryan and Nate used to tease each other about who was going to name their boy Coulson. They finally decided that who ever had a boy first got the name... sad Ryan couldn't use it but so happy Nathan and Heidi did! He has the perfect name. My mom says he has Ryan's little turned down ears. I can't wait to meet Coulson! Hope they are enjoying their new life - so exciting!

Lili's citizenship trip

The kids had the day off from school so we took the kids to Boise for the night to get Lili's US citizenship. We stayed at our favorite Residence Inn, took the kids to Chuck E Cheese for dinner and the zoo in the morning. We had a great time together and are happy to present the newest citizen of the United States!
